Chris Perez

Chris Perez has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and construction. Chris most recently worked as a Project Manager at Lionakis since January 2023. Before that, they held the same role at Ruhnau Clarke Architects from February 2022 to December 2022. Chris also worked as a Project Leader at Ruhnau Clarke Architects from July 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, Chris was a Project Manager at Mike Treadway Architects, Inc from March 2018 to June 2019. Chris started their career as an Architectural Intern at Mike Treadway Architects, Inc. As an intern, they gained experience in architectural roles between September 2015 and June 2019. Additionally, Chris worked as an Architectural Intern at VLK Architects from November 2013 to September 2015, where they had the opportunity to work on various educational projects. Their early experience in the industry includes working as a Steel Erector at ICC Builders Inc. from May 2010 to October 2013, where they contributed to the construction of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Chris Perez attended Louisiana Tech University from 2008 to 2012, where they received their Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree in the field of Architecture. Chris later pursued further education at the same university from 2012 to 2013, completing their Master of Architecture (MArch) degree.
