Neil Lefever, PE

Neil Lefever, PE has over 10 years of experience in the field of structural engineering. Neil is currently working at Lionakis as a Structural Project Manager, overseeing K-12 ground up construction projects and hospital infrastructure and department upgrades. Neil has experience in using REVIT and Bluebeam session for digital collaboration and remotely managing project teams and resources.

Prior to their current role, Neil worked at National Engineering and Consulting Inc. as a Structural Project Manager from 2011 to 2017. There, they were responsible for scheduling, project allocation, and completion. Neil provided structural calculations, design, and project rollout for various markets including structural seismic retrofit, corporate and retail development, telecommunication sites (with a specialty in FRP screens and facades), and tenant improvement and rehabilitation of existing structures.

Before that, Neil worked at LPA as a Project Engineer from 2009 to 2011, and at KPFF Consulting Engineers as a Project Engineer from 2008 to 2009. Neil began their career at KNA Consulting Engineers as a Structural Intern in 2006.

Neil's extensive work experience demonstrates their expertise in project management, structural design, and engineering calculations across various sectors of the construction industry.

Neil Lefever, PE attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2001 to 2007. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering.
