Susan Gryder

Susan Gryder is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in language services and government contracts. Currently serving as Vice President of Over the Phone Interpretation at Lionbridge since September 2003, Susan oversees a high-performing sales and account management team and has developed AI-based Smart MT solutions for various clients. Prior roles at Lionbridge include Director of Sales, Director of Government Contracts and Proposals, and Senior Manager for Federal Contracts and Proposals, where Susan successfully managed proposal processes and client relationships. Previously, Susan held positions at Berlitz GlobalNet and Brahler ICS USA, demonstrating a strong background in operations and client engagement. Susan's academic credentials include a B.S. in Languages and Linguistics from Georgetown University, along with studies at Université de Fribourg and Université de Haute-Bretagne/Rennes II.
