Ophir Sternberg is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a diverse portfolio of leadership roles. As the Founder and CEO of LIONHEART CAPITAL since 1996, Ophir has established a strong foundation in capital management. In November 2024, Ophir became Co-Owner of Sunseeker International Ltd, further expanding business interests. Additionally, Ophir holds the position of Chairman and CEO at Lionheart Holdings, publicly traded on Nasdaq under the symbols CUB and CUBWU, since February 2024. Ophir is also Co-Owner of Cigarette Racing Team since May 2021 and serves as Founder and CEO of OUT OF THE BOX VENTURES since 2018.
