Paul Rapisarda

Paul Rapisarda is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the energy and investment sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at LIONHEART CAPITAL since May 2019, Paul previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Etrion Corporation from November 2015 to January 2018 and served as Executive Vice President of Commercial Development at Atlantic Power Corporation between 2008 and 2014. At Atlantic Power, a significant independent power producer, Paul contributed to the management of a diverse fleet of power generation assets and focused on renewable energy growth. Earlier in their career, Paul was a Principal at Compass Advisors LLC, where Paul specialized in M&A advisory, and served as Executive Director in the Energy Group at Schroders PLC. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
