Judith Perry has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. From 2003 to present, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at The Lionheart Foundation, where they have been responsible for operational improvement, significant foundation growth, and managing day-to-day operations. From 1999 to 2003, they were the Assistant to the Director at Women of Means, where they assisted with the expansion of services, volunteer recruitment, fundraising, and website development. From 1996 to 1999, they held the position of Community Facilitator and Survey Development Coordinator at the National Council of Churches, where they conducted research on healthcare restructuring and received a health services management award for outstanding community involvement.
