Bahan McDermott

Bahan McDermott has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as an Executive Assistant at JTE Realty Associates, LLC in 2008, where they worked until 2009. Following that, in 2010, they gained experience as an intern at Dewey Square Group. In 2011, they joined The Harvard Club of Boston as a Marketing and Member Relations Manager, responsible for creating and implementing various marketing campaigns and organizing events. Bahan then transitioned to the real estate industry, joining Hope McDermott Real Estate as a Salesperson from 2005 to 2013. In 2013, they worked as Support Staff at Safe Harbor Treatment Center for Women until 2015. Most recently, Bahan has been employed at Lionrock Recovery, starting as an Admissions Manager in 2015 before being promoted to Director of Admissions in 2018 and then Vice President in June 2022.

Bahan McDermott attended Merrimack College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Later, in October 2014, Bahan McDermott obtained certification as a Certified Domestic Violence Counselor from Laura's House.
