Mike Kupstas has extensive experience in the food industry, with a focus on food celebration and discovery. Mike is the Founder and Managing Member of Forks in the Air, LLC, which specializes in food and its impact on relationships. Mike also served as the President and CEO of Lion's Choice Restaurants. Additionally, they were the Chairman of the Board for Operation Food Search, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing basic necessities to those in need. Mike Kupstas also held high-level positions at Panera Bread, Long John Silver's, and Red Lobster, where they played key roles in franchise management, marketing, sales promotion, and menu planning.
Mike Kupstas completed an Executive Program in Corporate Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management in 1993. In the same year, they also pursued a Course of Study in Integrating Finance and Marketing at The Wharton School. Prior to that, from 1975 to 1979, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
