Kyle Hartje has an extensive background in membership development and management within the non-profit sector. With experience at various YMCA branches, Kyle has successfully implemented strategies to increase member recruitment and retention. Kyle has also served in Aquatics Director roles, overseeing staff and program development. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
