Marzio Scaglioni

Marzio Scaglioni is an experienced professional currently serving as a Socio at Lions Clubs International since December 2023. With a robust background in HR and payroll services, Marzio has worked at PwC Italy since October 2013 as the lead for HR-Payroll Services & Consulenza del Lavoro. Marzio co-founded the Shotokan Karate-do Codogno organization and has been an active member of various associations, including Nucleo Lodi Codogno and UNuci. Previous roles include Senior Manager at F2A FIS ANTEX, Payroll Senior Specialist at EY, and Payroll Specialist at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati. Marzio began military service as a Lieutenant in the Italian Army and has a strong educational foundation with a degree in Political Science from Università degli Studi di Milano, complemented by key training in tax consulting and ongoing membership in the Albo Consulenti del Lavoro.
