Brea Starmer is the CEO & Founder of Lions & Tigers, an award-winning professional staffing & workforce solution partner. Brea is a Board Advisor at Women in Cloud and 81cents, working towards economic development for women entrepreneurs and pay equity advocacy. Brea is also a mother of three and a Board Advisor at Washington State University. Additionally, Brea is a Member at Chief, a private network for women in positions of power. Prior to their current roles, Brea worked as a Marketing & Business Management Consultant and Director of Customer Acquisition & Retention. Brea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Marketing from Washington State University.
