Miranda Leurquin

Miranda Leurquin is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Currently serving as the Founder of 12 HR Consulting since June 2024, Miranda provides fractional HR consulting services to develop people strategies and strong organizational foundations. In conjunction with this role, Miranda acts as the Vice President of People Experience at Lions & Tigers, leading HR and talent advocacy initiatives. Previously, Miranda held the position of Senior Consultant at Swift HR Solutions, focusing on people strategies and employee development, and served as the Vice President of People Operations at Mosaic, where a comprehensive HR department was established. Other notable positions include interim management of the West-PG&E region, as well as various roles at WSU Carson College of Business, culminating in a Master of Business Administration in International Business, alongside a PHR Certification in Human Resource Management.
