Jeff Thomas, MBA has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, primarily focused on tissue and organ donation. Jeff started their career as a Tissue Recovery Coordinator at the Mississippi Lions Eye and Tissue Bank in 1997. Jeff then moved on to become the Director of Tissue Services at the Mississippi Organ Recovery Agency in 1999. In 2005, Jeff joined the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF) as the Education Director, where they worked for 11 years. Most recently, Jeff is serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations at the Lions Eye Institute for Transplant & Research, Inc. since 2020.
