Ldo Stephen Casto Aboc, Nclec

Stephen Casto, LDO, ABOC, NCLEC, currently serves as Program Manager at Lions World Vision Institute since May 2021. Previously, Stephen held positions including Managed Care Coordinator and Operations Trainer at Onsight Optical from January 2017 to May 2021, and Optical Consultant for Dr. Jay Rosenfeld, OD, from February 2016 to January 2017. Stephen has extensive experience in optical management, having worked as a Licensed Optician and Optical Manager at Outlook Eyecare, South Jersey Eye Physicians, and Pearle Vision. Stephen began their career at Cohen's Fashion Optical as a Licensed Optician. Stephen received an Associate of Applied Science in Opticianry/Ophthalmic Dispensing from Camden County College between 1997 and 1999.
