Shanda Brown is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Lions World Vision Institute since March 2018, Shanda oversees all human resource programs, policies, compliance, benefits, compensation, culture, and employee experience. Previous experience includes Human Resources Manager and Generalist positions at IKEA Group, focusing on onboarding and communication of company policies. Shanda also held the position of Human Resources and Benefits Manager at Alvarez Winthrop Thompson & Storey, P.A., where responsibilities included hiring and new hire orientations. Shanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts degree from Valencia College.
