Jason Weltman

Jason Weltman is a legal professional with extensive experience in business and legal affairs within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at Lionsgate since March 2021, Jason previously held the positions of Director and Attorney in the same department. Prior to Lionsgate, Jason worked as an Associate at David Boyle, A Professional Corporation, and served as a Legal Consultant at Globalgate Entertainment. Jason also held the role of Director of Business and Legal Affairs at The Weinstein Company, and gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at both Sloss Eckhouse LawCo and LiveStyle, Inc. Academically, Jason earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
