Karen Emerson

Karen Emerson, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Accounting for Investment in Film at Lionsgate, a position held since November 2017, following roles as Director and Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes working at PwC as a Senior Assurance Associate specializing in Entertainment, Media & Communications from September 2014 to November 2017, and as an Accounting Instructional Assistant at the University of Southern California in mid-2014. Additional experience encompasses a role as Math Quality Control Specialist at ALEKS Corporation and serving as the primary instructor for College Algebra at the University of Arizona. Karen Emerson holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from the USC Marshall School of Business, a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Arizona, and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Physical Chemistry from UC San Diego.
