Phil Strina

Phil Strina is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in business and legal affairs within the motion picture industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Production Legal at Lionsgate since October 2011, Strina oversees business and legal matters related to motion picture development, production, and financing, including intellectual property clearance and enforcement. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Business Affairs at Inferno Films and Counsel for Business & Legal Affairs at New Line Cinema. Strina began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Costa, Abrams & Coate, LLP, providing production counsel to independent film producers. Strina holds a J.D. from Pepperdine Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Justice with an English minor from The College of New Jersey.
