Donald K. Deke Schultze

Donald K. Deke Schultze is the VP, CPM, Capital Formation at Lionstone Investments. Donald has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, sourcing and directing all aspects of real estate investment activities throughout New England. Donald has also served on firm's Investment Committees. Prior to joining Lionstone Investments, they were the Principal and Regional Director at Rubenstein Partners from September 2008 to August 2019. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President, Acquisitions at Clarion Partners LLC from January 1998 to August 2008 where they oversaw real estate acquisitions in the New England region. Donald is a co-chair/co-founder of sustainability task force charged with developing and implementing the firm’s sustainability strategy. From January 1997 to December 1998, they were a Commercial Analyst at Berkshire Mortgage Finance. And from January 1995 to December 1996, they were an Associate at Hicks Management Group.

Donald K. Deke Schultze earned their MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business and their AB in Sociology from Dartmouth College.
