Michael Brockman

Michael Brockman is an experienced geotechnical professional currently serving as Superintendent Mine Geotechnical at Liontown Resources Limited since May 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Geotechnical Superintendent at Sandfire Resources from September 2020 to October 2022. Michael's career began at AngloGold Ashanti, where a progression of roles included Senior Geotechnical Engineer and Geotechnical Engineer, starting as a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer from December 2007 to September 2020. Michael obtained a Master of Engineering in Mining Geomechanics from Curtin University between 2012 and 2014, following a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Geology from the same institution from 2004 to 2007.
