Mike Appleby

Mike Appleby is an experienced investment manager specializing in sustainable investment. Currently serving as an Investment Manager in the Sustainable Investment team at Liontrust Asset Management PLC since April 2017, Mike focuses on identifying undervalued companies with strong sustainability characteristics for Sustainable Future funds. Additionally, as an Investment Manager at Alliance Trust since August 2012, Mike continues to target stocks with superior sustainability traits. Prior to these roles, Mike held several positions at Aviva Investors, including Head of SRI thematic research and SRI Global Fund Manager, overseeing the Sustainable Future Global Growth Equity Funds. Mike holds an MSc in Environmental Management from Imperial College London and a BSc in Biological Sciences with honors in zoology from The University of Edinburgh.
