Simon Hildrey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Simon started their career as a journalist at FT Business in 1998, where they worked for three years. Simon then joined Citywire as a Special Correspondent for a year before transitioning into freelance journalism. From 2002 to 2008, Hildrey worked as a Freelance Journalist before joining Liontrust Asset Management in 2008 as a Partner and Head of Marketing and Communications. Simon'srole expanded in 2017 when they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Liontrust Asset Management.

Simon Hildrey's education history includes pursuing a Masters in International Relations from King's College London, from 1990 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Modern History and Economics from Manchester University, spanning from 1986 to 1989.
