As a 3x founder, I've personally experienced the isolation and confusion that can happen while building a company. The success didn’t teach me much, however the failures taught me greatly. I needed someone to talk to. I had numerous questions to ask and I looked for unbiased, direct feedback and guidance to help me gain focus and direction. Hands-on experience, thousands of books, years of personal development certification and studies later, has built me into becoming the coach & mentor that I would have wanted for myself, and the type of coach I wanted to be for others.
