Sharon Pickering

Sharon Pickering is the current Finance & IT Manager at Lipa Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Sharon has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on non-profit organizations. Sharon began their career as a Staff Accountant at Hoffman, LLC in 1996. Sharon quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Assistant Controller in 1999 and Business Unit Manager in 2001. In 2004, they were promoted to Marketing Director, a position they held until they left the company in 2007.

In 2008, Sharon joined Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes, Inc as their Chief Financial Officer. Sharon was responsible for the financial health of the organization, as well as overseeing the IT department. Sharon left the organization in 2015 to join Lipa Pharmaceuticals.

Sharon is a highly skilled financial professional with a proven track record of success. Sharon is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and make decisions that are in the best interests of the organization.
