Brian Zilo Sphr

Brian Zilo, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brian started their career with Target in 1990 as a Level 3 Team Leader, where they worked until 1994. In 1996, they joined Lipari Foods as the Director of Human Resources. Brian later advanced to the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources in February 2019.

Brian Zilo, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, attended Macomb Community College from 1992 to 1995 where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Accounting. From 1995 to 1998, they attended Walsh College and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Finance.

In addition to their formal education, Zilo has earned several certifications. In December 2010, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Brian further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in December 2015.
