Mike Elsasser

Mike Elsasser has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mike started their career at Busch's Inc in 1976 as a Department Manager and worked their way up to Store Director, Assistant Manager, and finally Director of Central Production. Mike then joined Lipari Foods in 2010 as a Bakery Category Manager. Over the years, they held various roles, including Director of Procurement, Category Director - Convenient Foods & Beverage, and Director - Business Development Analytics. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Logistics at Lipari Foods.

Mike Elsasser received their associate's degree, an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, from Washtenaw Community College. Mike attended this institution from 1977 to 1979. Mike later pursued their bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, completing it from 2000 to 2002.
