Richard Topp has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development, currently serving in a pivotal role at Lipic's Engagement since April 2009. Prior to this, Richard held a sales position at Hamilton Jewelers St. Louis from March 1997 to May 2009, where responsibilities included jewelry sales, recognition programs, and corporate gifts. Richard obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, completing the degree between 1969 and 1977.
