Diaz Adriana is an experienced food safety professional with a strong background in quality assurance and production supervision. Currently serving as the National Food Safety Manager and previously as a Food Safety Coordinator at Lipman Family Farms since November 2015, Diaz has developed expertise in managing food safety protocols. Prior experience includes a role as Production Supervisor at Mezzetta for a short term in 2015 and as a QA Specialist focused on IFS standards at Dawn Food Products from August 2008 to July 2015. Diaz is also pursuing education at the University of Louisville since 2014, further enhancing the knowledge and skills applied in the food industry.
