Justin Roberson

Justin Roberson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Lipman Family Farms since February 2011, Justin has held various roles, including Director of IT Operations and Manager of Production Systems and Sustainability. Prior to this, Justin worked as an Operations Engineer at Lockheed Martin from July 2009 to January 2011. Academic credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Operations Management and Leadership Development from Drexel University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, and participation in an Agribusiness Seminar through Harvard Business School Executive Education in January 2017.
