Done Cavia Legarretaechevarria is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as Técnico I+D at LIPSA since June 2023. Previously, Done worked as a Técnico de Laboratorio en I+D at VIDARA from June 2022 to June 2023, focusing on the analysis and development of innovative food products to meet client needs. Prior experience includes roles as Hostelero and Encargado de mantenimiento at Restaurante Ganene from January 2019 to March 2022. Done holds a Master’s degree in Food Industry: Technology, Control, and Food Safety from CESIF and has completed Master's studies in Microbiology and Health as well as a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.
