Rusty Chambers

Rusty Chambers is a seasoned insurance executive with extensive experience in employee benefits and strategic management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Higginbotham since November 2020, Chambers also holds the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance, a Higginbotham Company, since January 2013. Chambers has been instrumental in developing an employee benefits practice at Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance, where tenure began in May 2008 as Senior Vice President and Partner, having previously contributed as Vice President and Partner. Prior experience includes ownership at Cornerstone Insurance, where operations merged with Lipscomb & Pitts, and a significant tenure as Vice President of Employee Benefits at Insurance Network, which became one of the largest practices in the state. Chambers began a career in sales as a Marketing Representative at The Pillsbury Company. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with an emphasis in Management from Arkansas State University, earned between 1984 and 1989.
