Dogan Eke

Dogan Eke serves as the Turkey Head of Finance and Vice Chairman of the Board at Lipton Teas and Infusions since December 2021, managing all financial activities following the company's spin-off from Unilever. Prior to this role, Dogan was the Head of Finance for East Africa at Baxter International Inc., overseeing financial operations for 11 countries with annual sales of $60 million from January 2017 to December 2021. Dogan also held various finance positions at Baxter, including Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and Business Finance Manager for Turkey, and consistently contributed to strategic projects and financial planning initiatives. Earlier experience includes significant financial roles at Abbott, where Dogan led financial planning and analysis efforts, and initial career development at Garanti Bank. Dogan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University and graduated from Kadikoy Anadolu Lisesi.
