Katherine Seymour

Katherine Seymour is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for Europe at LIPTON Teas and Infusions since April 2024, and also holds the position of UK & US HR Director at PZ Cussons while overseeing Europe, Americas, and Group Head of Talent since April 2021. Katherine's previous roles include significant HR leadership positions at L'Oréal from 2010 to 2020, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end HR activities across various divisions. Prior to L'Oréal, Katherine worked at Barclays Capital as a Campus Recruitment and Graduate Development Manager, including a notable secondment in Singapore, and began a career in human capital at Ernst & Young as an Expat Tax Advisor.
