Sital Banerjee serves as the Global Head of Integrated Media, Performance Marketing & Marketing Investment Management at LIPTON Teas and Infusions since 2023, focusing on consumer-centric global media strategies and marketing investment optimization for the largest global tea company. Previously, Sital was the Global Head of Media at Unilever for the Tea business, Ekaterra, and served as the Global Head of Media & Marketing Performance Management at Philips, leading media management and digital transformation initiatives. Early career experience includes roles as Regional Director at Mindshare, managing media strategies across the MENA region, and as a Senior Consultant at Ogilvy, where Sital developed integrated communication strategies. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate degree in Mass Communication from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
