Sivena Manikam serves as the Head of People and Organisation for Africa at LIPTON Teas and Infusions since May 2025. Prior to this role, Sivena accumulated extensive experience at RCL FOODS from March 2015 to May 2025, holding various positions including HR Executive for Talent and Diversity & Inclusion, HR Executive for Talent, and HR Business Partner in both Group Services and Pies, among others. Sivena began a career in human resources as a Management Trainee and worked in multiple HR practitioner roles. Sivena holds a Bachelor of Social Science Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Psychology and Industrial Psychology, both from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
