Kristian Sandberg

Kristian Sandberg is a board member at LipUm and has previous experience working with Uppsala University, Karolinska Institutet, and AstraZeneca. In September 2012, they started with AstraZeneca as a disease area expert and worked their way up to becoming a project generation manager and target biology leader. Prior to their work at AstraZeneca, Kristian was a scientist at Scripps Research Institute and Astra Arcus AB.

Kristian Sandberg has an associate professorship ("docent") in immunology from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, and is also a project leader at Astra Arcus AB. Kristian has a PhD in immunology from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, and a BSc in life science (biology, chemistry) from Uppsala University. Kristian Sandberg also has military service and life sciences from De La Gardieskolan in Lidköping.
