Persio Flexa has been in the tech industry since 2004. Persio began their career as a Desenvolvedor de soluções em .NET at Actwork. In 2014, they became Diretor de Inovação at Agência LAF, where they developed innovations for web, games, and apps. From 2016 to 2021, they served as a Developer at PetPet and Sckapp, CIPO & Founder at Gimmer, and Co-Founder & CTO at Liqi Digital Assets. At Gimmer, they created a decentralized platform for Bitcoin trading and other cryptocurrencies. At Liqi Digital Assets, they developed a platform where users can invest in real estate and companies.

Persio Flexa attended Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained a Técnico degree in Desenvolvimento Web.
