Marta Parramon

Marta Parramon is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership and talent management. Currently serving as Directora Recursos Humanos, PRL y MA at Liquats Vegetals since March 2017, Marta leads a passionate team dedicated to creating valuable projects for society. Prior to this role, Marta held significant positions including Responsable Selección, Formación y Desarrollo at FRIGORIFICS FERRER S.A. and Human Resources Director at Girbau, SA, where strategic human resources policies were designed and implemented. Marta's career also includes early roles in human resources and yoga instruction, with a focus on Mindfulness in corporate environments. An educational background includes degrees from Esade, EADA Business School, and Universitat Pompeu Fabra, culminating in a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
