Bill Porter

Bill Porter is Managing Director of QDS Capital, CEO of RefluxRaft Corporation, and is a seasoned San Francisco Bay area business operations executive. Bill was the COO of ThousandEyes, a network intelligence SaaS Company acquired by Cisco in 2019. He is an adjunct faculty member at University of Virginia Law School and he holds a law degree from Duke University.
