Adeel Malik has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Adeel began their career at National Instruments in 2000, where they served as an Applications Engineer, providing customer support and training for various products. Adeel later transitioned to a Field Sales Engineer role, responsible for sales in a specific geographic territory. After leaving National Instruments in 2008, they joined The Fanfare Group as a Solutions Engineer, providing post-sales support and delivering training and professional services. In 2011, they moved to Spirent Communications as a Senior Systems Engineer, working in pre-sales and post-sales activities. During their time at Electric Cloud from 2011 to 2016, they held the positions of Senior Professional Services Engineer and Manager, Professional Services, overseeing worldwide PS engagements and collaborating with account executives to develop statement of work. Since 2016, they have been working at Liquibase, starting as a Technical Account Manager and progressing to roles such as Director of Customer Success, Director of Pre and Post Sale, and currently as a Principal Solutions Architect.
Adeel Malik completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended the International School Manila from 1991 to 1995. Recently, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Masters of Science in Technology Commercialization at The University of Texas at Austin.
