Paul Pak

Paul Pak is a founding ML engineer at Liquid AI, where work focuses on developing next-generation AI foundation models. Prior experience includes a robotics research internship at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, concentrating on world models for autonomous robotic navigation, and a visiting researcher role at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, specializing in self-supervised representation learning for long-range spatiotemporal data. Paul also served as a software test engineer at Tandem Diabetes Care, managing frontend and backend database projects, and worked as a data science engineer on the Coronavirus Visualization Team, focusing on COVID-19 visualizations and data management. Additional experience includes performing software graphical analyses of biological cell networks at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Paul Pak holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
