Volodymyr Bilokur is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Liquid Barcodes since February 2024. Previously, Volodymyr held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager at Delivery Hero, overseeing a Cart Domain with approximately 30 cross-functional developers and managing strategic architectural decisions while fostering team development. With a solid background in software engineering management across various companies, including HolidayPirates Group, Wayfair, and HelloFresh, Volodymyr has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, project planning, and process optimization, consistently focusing on delivering business-driven, high-quality software solutions. Volodymyr holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
