SOUFIEN LACHIHEB

Soufien Lachiheb has had a long and varied career in the industry. SOUFIEN began their career in 1996 as an Export Production Department Manager at STIEL Company. In 1997, they moved to Yakdhane Company as a Technical Service Manager. From 2000 to 2019, they worked at Tetra Pak in various roles. These included Market Area Leader Services, Business Development Manager Maintenance Services, Technical Sales & Service Manager, and Field Service Engineer. During this time, they developed strategic and operational plans, managed customer relationships, and performed service and breakdown work. In 2019, they joined Liquid - We Make It Easier! as Global Director of Services and Technical Sales & Service Development Manager. In this role, they led the Technical Sales Teams to deliver sustainable growth, achieved the Customer Satisfaction score target for TS&S activities, and generated and drove strategies for growth and improved productivity.

Soufien Lachiheb obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the Institut Supérieur d'Etudes Technologiques Nabeul Tunisia between 1990 and 1994.
