María José Parra

Mariana Aguirre has a diverse professional background with significant experience in both the organic products sector and compliance roles. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has focused on creating an online store for body care and environmental products. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist at a private consulting firm from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching university courses on applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Nutrition and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México.
