Makenzie Keller has extensive experience in financial operations and collections, currently serving as the Director of Financial Operations at Liquid Environmental Solutions since October 2013. In this role, responsibilities include managing the collection team to reduce 60+ day balances, overseeing the Account Set Up team for customer accuracy, and monitoring credit limits for customers. Previously, Keller held positions such as Credit and Collections Supervisor and Commercial Collections Analyst, where duties encompassed overseeing collections for national and regional accounts, managing submissions, and supporting upper management. Earlier, Keller worked as Call Center Manager at Lawton Commercial Services from 2008 to 2013.
