Vivek Garrib

Vivek Garrib currently holds the position of Group Chief Engineering and Systems at Liquid Intelligent Technologies, focusing on engineering strategies and technology implementation across Africa since February 2021. Previously, from January 2007 to January 2021, Vivek served in multiple roles at Liquid Telecom South Africa, including Executive of Engineering and Operations, General Manager of Network Engineering, General Manager of Customer Solutions and Bid Management, and Network Engineering Senior Manager. Earlier career experience includes a Senior Engineer position at Eskom, where responsibilities involved migrating to a converged multiservice platform and supporting telecommunications services, as well as technical support engineering at British Telecomm Al Saudia. Vivek's educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Telecommunication from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Johannesburg.
