Laura Banks is an experienced fostering social worker currently at Liquid Personnel since September 2021, responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of connected carers. Previous roles include supervising social workers supporting Local Authority foster carers and social worker positions within child protection and child in need teams. Prior experience includes working as a social worker at Stockport Council, providing statutory support in children's locality teams, and at Aberdeen City Council, where focus was on intensive support for young people at risk of entering care. Early career roles involved training at Barnardo's, Cornerstone, and VSA, providing services to youth and adults with diverse needs. Laura Banks holds a BA (Hons) in Social Work from Robert Gordon University.
