Bhaskar Saha

Bhaskar Saha started their work experience in 2010 as a General Office Assistant at USC Marshall School of Business, where they handled office tasks and coordinated curriculum planning and scheduling of students. In 2010, they also worked as a Student Network Operator at the University of Southern California Network Operation Center, where they managed the network.

In 2011, Bhaskar joined Synactive, Inc. as a Software Developer Intern, where they developed various features for the SAP ERP system software, including transmission of images and data encryption. Bhaskar also implemented SAP ERP client software for Android, iOS, and Windows platforms.

Bhaskar then progressed to the role of Software Developer, working on server and client-side development for SAP GUI and R/3 communications. Bhaskar was involved in modifying the client UI and SAP functional modifications on the server side.

Later, Bhaskar became a Senior Software Developer at Synactive, Inc., where they created an android application to support SAP ERP Server. Bhaskar successfully launched the android application for SAP ERP Server in 2015.

Finally, Bhaskar became a Software Development Manager at Synactive, Inc. in 2018. In this role, they owned overseas software development and testing, built SDLC strategies, and achieved a team size of 12-16. Additionally, they launched an android application to support SAP ERP Server.

Bhaskar Saha pursued their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics at BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they completed their Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Southern California from 2010 to 2011.
