Steve Jones has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as Support Tech 2 Migrations at Liquid Web since November 2016. Prior to this role, Steve worked at Rackspace Hosting as a Linux Technical Support specialist from December 2011 to November 2016. Earlier in their career, Steve served as a mortgage loan officer at Citigroup from 2001 to 2011. Steve holds education from The University of Texas at San Antonio and the University of North Texas.
