Ana Osuna

Ana Osuna has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ana began their career at Hammam Al Ándalus, where they worked as a Customer Service Support Manager before being promoted to a Marketing and Sales Consultant role. During this time, Ana developed skills in adaptability, teamwork, collaboration, and customer service. Following their time at Hammam Al Ándalus, Ana took a career break to travel to South America and improve their English skills in the UK. Ana then joined thisisgburg as a Project Manager, where they served as an ambassador for Gothenburg and supported the city's journey to becoming a world-leading Smart City. Currently, Ana is working as an Office Manager at Liquid Wind.

Ana Osuna attended Universidad de Granada from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Tourism Management with a focus on Tourism and Travel Services Management.

In addition to their formal education, Ana has also obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they completed the "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management" course from LinkedIn Learning. The same month, they also completed the "Become an Agile Project Manager" course from the same institution. In April 2021, Ana completed the "Become a Project Manager" course from LinkedIn Learning.

Most recently, in July 2021, Ana obtained the "Cert Prep: Scrum Master" certification from LinkedIn Learning. Additionally, in August 2021, they completed "The Complete Agile Scrum Fundamentals Course + Certification" from Udemy.
